Weekend Open Thread

It’s the weekend again. How is everyone? Did you make anything great this week? What are you making this weekend?

I (a non-baker, except bread) am going to make a very strange applesauce-style cake from the leftover pulp from Tom’s ginger-pear shrub. We’ll see how this goes.
