Weekend cooking!
I’m hard at work on a project today and I have a weekend shift at work tomorrow, so no big post right now.
In between writing (and cleaning; apartments get so DIRTY when you’re in them all the time) I am going to make these two soups: basically black bean soup and potato and kale soup. I have most or all of the ingredients for both, and my potatoes are starting to look a little … old.
And of course, I’ll be starting another batch of no-knead bread. (I’m doing this version, which rises overnight, to conserve yeast — but if you’re flush with yeast then this version is just as good and will be done today.)
